STU Drawbar Trailers are produced for operators who need a flexible truck drawn trailer for general cargo, machinery, construction materials and container transport. With fixed or extendable chassis options, multiple axle layouts, drawbar coupling geometry and protection through galvanising by hot dipping, the trailer can be configured around route rules, payload strategy and daily fleet use.
The trailer couples through a front drawbar and tow eye. Drawbar height is built to your coupling height, or made adjustable for fleets that tow with different trucks. Axle layouts are 1+2, 2+2, 2+3, 2+4 or bespoke, chosen by payload, axle load rules and the towing vehicle.
The ST52/S355J2+N chassis is hot-dip galvanised against road salt and moisture: why we galvanise. Fixed or extendable platforms take general cargo, machinery, steel and long loads, and ISO containers when twistlocks are fitted. Axles are TRAX, GIGANT, BPW or SAF with air suspension and EBS or ABS braking.
