The loading floor lowers fully and meets a steel ramp at approximately 4°, so cars with low ground clearance drive on without scraping. One person sets ride height and level with a remote through the electronic air suspension: two 12 V compressors at 18 bar, four air bellows, four shock absorbers and a 20-litre air tank. Lashing rails and anchor points on the left, right and front hold the straps for dealership transfers, fleet deliveries and roadside recovery.

Two models share a 458 × 200 cm bed: the RX458-27 at 2,700 kg gross weight (approx. 1,900 kg payload) and the RX458-35 at 3,500 kg gross weight (approx. 2,600 kg payload). The hot-dip galvanised steel chassis runs on four 13-inch wheels with Knott overrun brakes, and the maximum nose weight is 100 kg.
